  • How do we agree the project?

    Send the form or write by email. The engineer replies in writing within one business day, asks any scope questions and provides a written assessment or proposal. Scope, acceptance criteria, contract and approval are agreed by correspondence.

  • How fast will I get a reply?

    Within one business day, on EU business hours (the engineer works from GMT+4). Messages sent on a weekend or a holiday are answered on the next business day.

  • Who actually reads what I write?

    Valerii — the engineer who would do the work — reads it himself. There is no sales team and no intake form that routes to someone else; the person who answers is the person who would build the project.

  • What happens when I send the form?

    The website sends your enquiry to the studio mailbox. It shows success only after the email service confirms delivery or accepts the message for delivery. If sending fails, your answers stay in this tab and you can copy them or use your own mail app. The engineer replies in writing within one business day.
